I usually never add plums to my smoothies (since they get so messy). Plus, it is hard to find perfectly ripe plums in my neck of the woods. But my plan is to keep a lookout for some juicy plums to create this tasty treat. Pour the water and toss the banana, kale, and plums into the blender. Then add the frozen fruit and blend again until smooth. *DaNae's Note: I would think cutting and removing the pit from the plum over the blender is best. Thirsty?
